Ryanair boss takes to Twitter for PR stunt
Combative Ryanair boss Michael O’Leary has taken to Twitter to speak directly to customers as part of efforts to soften the airlines hardened image.The budget airline king conducted a live chat after taking over Ryanair’s official feed for a grand total of 1hr and 18 mins of ‘lunacy’ yesterday evening.Having got to grips with the hashtag #GrillMOL ventured into a number of thorny wickets at the behest of tweeters; amongst them the use of a ‘sexist’ profile picture which prompted a flurry of banter.
@Ryanair #GrillMOL @Ryanair Now, I am sorry I am not a pretty girl ;-)
