Heather Swales - Stein IAS

In 2 years Heather has risen from an admin post to the key marketing role of Digital Planner. In just a short period in her new role, Heather has helped the agency earn £5,400,000 in digital revenue, working on campaigns for clients including Siemens, Iron Mountain, Total Gas & Power, TalkTalk Business and Atos. Without a previous framework for Digital Planning in place, she has developed innovative processes and tools, including launching our Technology Enabled Contact Strategy. It’s this approach combining technology and results-driven application that makes Heather stand out in her field.
