Talk Talk Business

After transforming the way their business communicates and interacts with the market, the TalkTalk Business team could congratulate themselves, if they had the inclination or the time. But having achieved their goal of designing and implementing a completely integrated, digital user journey from engagement, capturing leads and nurturing prospects, through to sales, onboarding and customer service, they are working hard to maximise the potential of this marvelous marketing machine Achieving a 25% increase in sales qualified leads and a 25% reduction in marketing costs, the TalkTalk Business 2012 marketing transformation project was a big task, perfectly executed by small team.

Teenage Cancer Trust

You'd expect charity marketing departments to make good use of resources but Teenage Cancer Trust punches well above its weight on that score. For their sheer energy, commitment and creativity they deserve this title. A rebrand in 2012 has been followed by innovative brand partnerships including Body Shop for the 2013 Albert Hall shows and The Football Association as part of the FA's 150th Anniversary - including the England vs. Scotland friendly in August being dedicated to the charity. Eclipsing this was a cross media campaign costing no more than £12,500 to create that generated £415,000 of free media space.
