Omnicom’s net income for second quarter increases modestly by 2.4% to $289.5m
Omnicom’s net income for the second quarter of 2013 increased by 2.4 per cent to $289.5 million from $282.7 million in the second quarter of 2012.
The parent company of TBWA, BBDO and OMD reported its US revenue grew most significantly in the second quarter, up 2.4 per cent to $1.90bn.
Worldwide revenue increased 2.1 per cent to $3.63bn and international revenue increased 1.9 per cent to $1.73bn compared to $1.70bn in the second quarter of 2012.
As detailed in its second quarter report, its net income per share increased 6.9 per cent to $1.09 per share from $1.02 year-on-year.
