Strategic design consultancy JKR has opened an office in Singapore, supplementing its current presences in London and New York.

JKR also has offices in London and New York

Emily Kousah has moved over from the London office to take up the reins as managing partner in Singapore.

"It's great to be here. There's a real appetite from clients for JKR thinking and design,” she said.

“Our Brand First design philosophy is not geographically constrained. Fundamentally, we mine for the things that make brands special, then express them through charismatic design to help them get noticed and chosen."

JKR’s early client wins include Sheridan in Sydney.

"We are pleased to have JKR as our strategic brand design partners on Sheridan,” said Sofia Lloyd-Jones, head of marketing for Sheridan Australia.

“Their approach to brand building is unique and refreshing, balancing exceptional quality of thinking and sophisticated creative design work,"

Co-Founder Andy Knowles said: "We always start with the business problem and then understand the role that design can play in solving it. We're looking forward to deepening the long-standing partnerships we already enjoy and of course, beginning some new ones."
