Red Tettemer + Partners has announced the appointment of Jessica O’Conor to the agency as VP, group account director.

O’Conor will report to the Philadelphia-based agency partners Carla Mote and Jared Scott, as she assumes responsibility for strategically leading and growing clients, as well as overseeing and driving breakthrough creative.

“I’m beyond excited to join RT+P – the passion, people, pets and culture are what brought me here. The upbeat approach everyone seems to embrace is truly infectious,” said O’Coner.

Prior to joining RT+P, O’Conor spent almost seven years at Wieden+Kennedy as management supervisor, most recently working on the Target account and with clients including ESPN, Disney/Pixar, and Ronald McDonald House.

O’Conor also previously worked at Kirshenbaum Bond Senecal + Partners, in New York and Crispin Porter + Bogusky in Miami.

To mark her arrival, RT+P commissioned Steve Thompson to create a LEGO portrait of her and a stop-motion video of the process.

“Jess is an amazing talent and we’re thrilled to have her with us. And we think everyone will agree she looks really good in Legos,” added Steve Red, president and chief creative officer at RT+P.
