He has also worked on radio and television commercials for clients including Saatchi & Saatchi, DDB and Leo Burnett.

"I'm thrilled to join the Nylon Studios team. The studio has built a reputation as one of Sydney's finest sound operations and allows me the opportunity to work on some of Australia's most innovative campaigns," he said.

Martell will be working in Nylon’s audio post production department.

Nylon Studios sound designer Nathaniel Joyce becomes the agency’s senior sound designer, and senior sound designer Tone Aston has left the organisation.

Simon Lister, creative director, Nylon Studios said: "We have always prided ourselves on sourcing and nurturing the best talent in the industry and so we're very excited to have James Martell join our Sydney team and to see Nathaniel Joyce take the next leap in his career with us."
