Three roles created and five new board appointments after "significant growth" at Manning Gottlieb OMD

Manning Gottlieb OMD has created three board roles and announced five board promotions after "significant growth" in the last two years.

Appointments: Eight roles have been filled at the company

Natalie Bell will move from head of digital strategy and planning to head of digital after five years at the agency, while former head of dialogue Emma Mee sees promotion to head of evidence and performance. The third role, head of operations, will be filled by Katie Eyton.

The agency reported billings increased by 15 per cent over the last two years while headcount was up by more than a third.

CEO of Manning Gottlieb OMD, Robert Ffitch, said: "These changes reflect the fantastic diversification of our agency and give some very talented people new responsibilities as we look to embrace the exciting challenges and opportunities that lie ahead of us and out clients."

New appointments to the board include Chris Walsh and Lewis Shaw as joint heads of investment; head of people Amy Robbins; client business director Matt Thomas; and finance director Chris Waters.
