Pelican PR literally took celebration to new heights in a recent stunt for the British Frozen Food Federation with the creation of a seven-foot wall of ice to mark seven years of sales growth in frozen food.

Made from 20 blocks of ice and containing frozen food products within them, the wall went on show at the entrance to the International Food Exhibition at ExCel London. It was created to celebrate new figures from Kantar Worldpanel which revealed the frozen food market had maintained growth for a seventh year, with a year-on-year value increase of 5.4 per cent.

Harriet Rodgers, associate director at Pelican PR, said: "The ice wall was a real talking point and another milestone in our campaign to promote the benefits of frozen food to consumers and caterers."

Pelican PR has also just launched a new website to promote frozen food to customers, coolcookery.co.uk
