VisitScotland tenders for Spanish PR and sales agencies

VisitScotland is to tender for a Spanish PR and sales agency in an effort to continue promotion of the country in Europe.

The Tourism body has issued notices for the two tenders, with the sales agency contract set to last for a year, with the possibility of two 12-month extensions added at a budget of not over £15,000 for the first year, and of £20,000 at most for the further two extension periods – meaning an overall total of £55,000 alongside expenses.

The PR agency tender will also be over an initial 12-month period with two potential extensions, however the budget for the first year is set at £20,000, followed by £25,000 for the two extension periods, with an overall budget of £70,000.

Tenders to participate in either of the single stage tenders are due on 11 March, with an award expected around 1 April.
