This charming film offers a very different approach to the one we normally expect from films designed to raise awareness of the importance of organ donation. A courting couple do all the usual romantic things together to the cleverly chosen 'Falling in Love Again' - and it's not until the end when they're in bed together that we see from the scar on his chest that the young man is the beneficiary of heart replacement surgery.
