UK estate agency, Rightmove, has put an Igloo on its website with the cool price tag of £1 million.

The detached house, complete with a floorplan showing the reception/living area/bedroom, was put on the site by homeless charity Crisis in collaboration with Richard Harding Estate Agents.

The property details read: "We are delighted to market this highly individual recently constructed detached 'Ice House' with a superb vaulted ceiling and set in the highly desirable green and open space of Durdham Downs."

Adding that it has "contemporary, 'open plan', accommodation with a minimalist and refreshingly cool atmosphere.”

And in case that didn’t seal the deal there is "further scope to extend (subject to necessary consents and weather conditions)."

The description continues to say: "Price frozen for January! Limited availability and likely to go very quickly. Block viewings only."

In a more serious tone, the property details go on to explain that "sadly not everyone will be warm and safe this winter. If you have found this mildly amusing, please consider making a donation to Crisis, the homeless charity, by calling 0800 384838 or www.crisis.org.uk/donate."
