King.com, the social games firm, has announced that its Bubble Witch Saga title will adorn cans of Pepsi in Turkey as part of a marketing partnership.

The games logo will be imprinted on 50m cans over the next three months, in addition to a special code which unlocks in-game credits and upgrades when input.

The Bubble Witch ident will also be plastered on over 2m posters and 150,000 point of sale packs in the Mediterranean country whilst the branded cans will feature in local television commercials.

King.com branding will also be present on Pepsi’s Facebook page.

Alex Dale, King.com’s Chief Marketing Officer, said: “We are delighted to be launching this marketing partnership with Pepsi in Turkey. In different ways, King.com and Pepsi are both bringing bubbles to a country of 75 million people.

“King.com’s free, easy-to-play games are popular the world over, and we hope people in Turkey will enjoy using the free in-game credits and upgrades that King.com and Pepsi are offering.”

Ceren Onbulak, Pepsi’s Brand Engagement and Business Partnerships Manager, said: "We are delighted to be launching these very special Game Cans in Turkey, which offer free extra credits on the excellent Bubble Witch Saga.

“Millions of the cans will be distributed over the next three months, meaning lots of extra fun for everyone. The more Pepsi codes you collect, the better the game gets! It's the first time we've done a Game Can in Turkey. The campaign will also be supported on TV. "
