The shortlists for the 20 categories of the Golden Twits have been revealed, with the police, libraries and transport services amongst those who made the list.

The shortlists were created by those who had the most votes in the nominations stage, based on those who fit the criteria for each category.

All shortlists can be viewed and voted for on the Golden Twits website, with the public vote helping to decide who wins.

The list for the business to consumer category is: Samantha Kelly; WaterstonesOxfordSt; London Midland; Cannon Hall Farm; Alison Tinlin; First Great Western; innocent drinks; redspottedhanky.com; Filmhouse; Glamour Magazine UK; Cadbury UK and Schuh.
