Tiger Beer appoints We Are Social to develop social media strategy

Tiger Beer has announced the appointment of We Are Social to work on the brand’s social media strategy.

The agency will be expected to help integrate all channels on a global basis and increase engagement, and will be led in Singapore.

Tiger Beer, recently acquired by Heineken in a deal still subject to shareholder approval, has asked the agency to begin by conducting an audit of social media conversations.

Simon Kemp, We Are Social Singapore managing director, said: “Tiger Beer’s activities also inspire a considerable volume of conversation in online communities, and because these are people who like to share their experiences in social media, it represents the ideal communication platform for the brand.”
