In a bid to enhance customer engagement and increase sales on its website clothing retailer, Austin Reed, has enlisted multichannel video agency, Adjust Your Set, to build a bespoke video player and produce a range of films to bring to life the heritage-led brand.

Due to go live on the site next month, the films range from videos highlighting the brands suits and ties, to informative “how to” content. A dedicated homepage player, built by Adjust Your Set, allows customers to view the videos and engage with the brand, whilst a smaller player will be embedded on relevant content pages.

Additional films including a timeline of brand heritage and history of the flagship store have also been edited by Adjust Your Set. All films will go live on the site within the bespoke player to support the ‘About Us’ page.
