A series of events will aim to bring together two factions of the creative industry, the creative communications sector and he technology sector in the UK.

The events, entitled Collision, will begin next week with the first debate, entitled 'Two weddings or a funeral?' which will discuss whether the 'Adland & Techland' communities should work together or avoid each other entirely.

"The thinking behind Collision is that by bringing these two groups together, they may help each other grapple with their shortcomings. The debates aim to open conversations, build working relationships and ultimately, make deals happen and everyone rich. Based on the enthusiastic response from both communities, it just might work," explained organiser Robin Charney.

Taking place on 25 September from 6.30pm, the first debate will be held at The private (31st) floor at Paramount on the top of Centre Point on Oxford Street. See the Collision website for more details.
