Robin Hamilton, managing director of inEvidence; Louie St Claire, managing director of Harvard and Karin Laljani, managing director of Corporate Citizenship, continue in their roles but are promoted to join the board.

In further changes, Chris Warham is promoted from managing director of Good Relations North to chief operating officer of the group and Zoe Esnor is promoted to managing director of Good Relations Regional.

Mark Choueke, until recently editor of Marketing Week, becomes new business director; Simon Jones becomes client services director; digital head Amelia Torode joins the board and so too do finance director Mark Lyne and Chime commercial director Nick Taylor.

Ian Priest, head of Chime ventures, has also been enlisted to help with international plans.

Chairman Kevin Murray said: “We are rapidly developing a business focused on helping clients build trusted brands. This board will drive rapid growth and excellent client service.

"This is an extraordinary array of talent to be able bring to what I see as a grown up start up, and I look forward to working with them all. “
