Home-hunting website Property Place has selected digital agency Bloom to deliver its launch marketing campaign.
The new property portal uses Facebook data to suggest the most appropriate home for users based on factors such as friends, family, work and lifestyle.
Bloom will provide full integrated marketing support to launch the company and drive user growth, listings and advertising revenue.
Alex Craven, chief executive of Bloom, said: “Property Place is set shake up a market that is crying out for change.”
Alex Craven has been appointed to the board of Property Place as digital director to help steer the company’s market growth. The company aims to establish itself as the leading property site for the social media generation.

Bloom is also recruiting 12 new members of staff and taking additional office space to support its continued growth, taking the total number of staff to over 50.
