Superdry has announced the appointment of iCrossing to handle its global paid and overseas natural search accounts.

From this month, the agency will be creating new content, utilising existing content and leveraging Superdry branded and sponsored events with the aim of raising awareness of the brand.

iCrossing will also be expected to launch new websites into new territories, including Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, South Korea, China, Taiwan and Australia.

Chris Griffin, head of e-commerce at Superdry, said: “Superdry online has been phenomenally successful to date and we’ve got highly ambitious growth plans for the future. A key part of our strategy is to continue to develop our online retail presence and expand into new territories.

“We were looking for a single agency to consolidate our paid and natural search activity and in iCrossing have found an agency with strong retail credentials and a great reputation for creating and managing search campaigns on a global basis. We’re confident iCrossing will be the perfect partner as we continue to grow the Superdry brand online.”
