Recruitment company Rullion has undergone re-brand which is hoped to differentiate the company within the marketplace, raise perceptions and attract talent.

The independently owned recruitment company which started in the early 1980s has a head office based in Altrincham, Cheshire, and is built up of five separate companies each focusing on a different area of recruitment, with an annual turnover of £270 million.

Rullion appointed Huddersfield-based brand, design and online agency, 10 associates, to carry out the re-brand across their suite of on and offline materials. 10 associates used its Brandschoolâ„¢ process in carrying out the re-branding, using workshops, shadowing and road mapping the agency to gain insight into each of the Rullion businesses and the challenges faced.

A spokesperson for 10 associates, commented: "Using this insight and knowledge from this explorative piece of work we have created a truly great brandmark, positioning and suite of supporting marketing materials. It is sector leading, different from their competitors and will help to give differentiation."
