WPP's Commarco GMbH takes majority stake in KKLD

WPP’s German marketing services network Commarco GMbH has acquired a majority interesting in KKLD.

KKLD, which specializes in brand and digital communications, eCommerce and social media, based in Berlin, also have offices in New York, with a total of 30 staff.

The agency works with clients such as BMW, MINI, Baume and Mercier and Swarovski and generated revenue of 4.1m Euros last year.
