Craig Houston joins DC Thomson in newly created head of enterprise role

DC Thomson has appointed Craig Houston in its newly created head of enterprise role.

Houston joins DC Thomson from National Readership Surveys Ltd. where he held the role of head of client services. Houston also brings valuable experience from his previous employers which include Grant Asset Management Ltd. and the Scottish Daily Record and Sunday Mail.

His new role at DC Thomson will be to lead direct to consumer (DTC), subscriptions and travel, and reader offers teams. He will also work closely with teams across the publishing business led by chief executive of publishing (newspapers and magazines) Ellis Watson.

A DC Thomson spokesperson commented, “Craig Houston joins DC Thomson in the newly created role on Monday 23 July.

“Craig will help us to innovate and drive out business forward and we welcome him to the company.”
