Facebook is set to launch its own job search feature later this year, sources have said.
It has been reported that the job section will aggregate the job postings of third-party providers, with rumours that job posting sites BranchOut, Jobvite, and Work4 Labs will be involved.
It is currently unclear whether the posts will be on a standalone page, or if they will become integrated into the news feed of users.
What do you think? Is this a move by Facebook to take on LinkedIn, or just a natural progression?

Natural progression, just surprised it didn't happen earlier. It's a big challenge to get it right. But it will be a different product to LinkedIn, less focus on professional networking as very few people have the desire to use Facebook for that.

Natural progression and was only a matter of time.

I can't see this really putting a dent in LinkedIn it's just not professional enough.
Not to mention the fact that employers are using Facebook to help fire employees or check up on them before hiring, this just isn't going to work.
