MPA announces four new appointments to its operational board

MPA has announced the appointment of four members to its operational board, where they will help with day to day activities.

Ajay Kapadia, director of digital agency Athernet; Hannah Rockliffe, sales and marketing coordinator for The Studios, MediaCityUK; Chris Bridgett, freelance social consultant; and Sam Evans, business development manager for the creative, digital and media industries at MIDAS have joined the not-for-profit membership organisation.

Cindy Simmons, managing director of the MPA, said: “The MPA is going from strength to strength, our board is made up of some of the biggest influencers within the creative industries within the region and these new appointments demonstrate the continued commitment from the sector as a whole.

“We look forward to see the insight and experience that our new board members bring to the table.”

Tim Newns, chief executive of MIDAS, has also joined the MPA’s strategic board to help shape and direct the organisation’s growth plans.
