Sir Alex Ferguson, Wayne Rooney and Ryan Giggs are among a host of Manchester United stars appearing in a new ad campaign for DHL.

The delivery giant's new UK marketing campaign gets underway tomorrow with a TV ad showing a package making its way from Old Trafford to the other side with the help of United's star players.

DHL was able to secure United's involvement in the ad thanks to its sponsorship of the club and its role as the team's 'official logistics partner'.

A second ad will promote DHL's involvement with Formula 1, which it moves around the world from race track to race track.

The TV ads have been created by 180 Amsterdam. Its creative director, Al Moseley, said: "The work tries to capture the energy and excitement of these phenomenal partnerships.”

Along with the UK the campaign will also run in Turkey, Norway, China, India, South Korea, South Africa, UAE and Mexico.

Along with the full-length TV ad above, the campaign also features cut-down versions, press and outdoor ads and digital activity including behind the scenes footage of United players which will run on DHL channels.
