Burger King releases ‘Coronation Chicken Royale’ ahead of Diamond Jubilee celebrations
To celebrate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee, Burger King UK has combined the distinctly British flavour of coronation chicken with a Burger King classic, the Chicken Royale.
The Coronation Chicken Royale is the first item available from Burger King UK’s new British-inspired summer menu, which will roll out across the UK from mid-June.
Jo Blundell, Burger King UK marketing director has said: “In the same year we celebrate our silver jubilee in the UK and almost 60 years of serving great tasting burgers globally, we thought what better way to celebrate this once-in-a-lifetime occasion than add a royal touch to a much loved Burger King classic.”
