Brazilian ad agency AlmapBBDO has unveiled a video, entitled ‘From Love to Bingo’, using 873 stock photos from Getty Images.

The 60 second ‘commercial’ features 15 images a second, with copywriter Sophie Schoenburg and art director Marcus Kotlhar taking six months to search through 5,000 images to create the video.

The agency said: “All of the pictures show different people in different places, yet they fit together to make a single story.”

It added that it took so long to produce because employees spent time “improving the script and building each scene so they would not only be understood, but would also touch viewers.

“Sometimes, for example, a scene would look perfect on paper, but the images chosen to depict it were not sufficient or did not perfectly match up to offer the right movement and sense. And hence the research had to be restarted.”
