British Airways has unveiled its latest online video campaign, created and produced by Adjust Your Set, showing the pop-up orchestra which played to passengers in Terminal Five.

A second video follows Mark Andrew James, a British Airways cabin service director and conductor of the Sussex Symphony Orchestra, as part of a series displaying the skills and dedication of the British Airways cabin crew.

Chris Gorell Barnes, CEO of Adjust Your Set, said: “British Airways has many amazing innovations and stories to tell and online video is the most powerful way to convey these. For this British Airways film we wanted to create something truly innovative that would build on their online community to ensure not only the video but the passion is shared.”

Previous British Airways films about their staff include those whose passions are hot air ballooning and kite surfing.

Richard Bowden, digital marketing innovation manager for British Airways, said: “We want to cater to the interest in our brand and our shared passion for flying. As part of this, we are continuing to lift the lid on our colleague’s stories, showing how they apply their passion and expertise to deliver a unique and special flying experience for our customers every day. We have found online film to be one of the most powerful ways to do this.”
