Customer experience management company Empathica has appointed Birmingham PR agency Haslimann Taylor (HTPR) to work on its PR strategy for EMEA.
HTPR was appointed after a very competitive pitch and has proposed a strategy that will combine traditional and digital media relations with building Empathica's social media presence.
