Constant Contact has unveiled an infographic which illustrates the scale of social spam and advises on how best to avoid it.

The infographic states that 1.5% of Tweets are spam, compared to 4% of Facebook posts.

It then looks at what customers want from social media, the optimum number of posts and ways to engage.

There's something wrong with that file. It looks like someone went to a lot of trouble designing it and then someone else decided to squashed the height by about 30% and saved it as a PDF.

I'm pretty sure that's not how they expected it to look.

@alece13800 Hi, you can expand the size of the infographic from the pdf. Alternatively, if you save the image from the main picture you should be able to see it full size as well.
