Retail building appoints N8 for development

A retail building at 34-36 Northumberland Street in Newcastle has appointed N8 for a complete fascia re-profiling.

The building includes tenants such as H&M and WH Smith.

Plans for the building include making sure that the branding presence is enhanced.

Billy Shek, design director of N8, said: “The project is a fantastic opportunity to improve the persona and look of the building, enhancing the overall experience for the consumer.”
