Brass appoints Gillian Ball as head of digital client services

Brass has promoted Gillian Ball to the new post of head of digital client services.

Ball previously held the role of account director within the agency, handling digital business.

She will now be responsible for the coordination of the agency’s digital business handled from its Leeds and London offices.

Paul Mallett, board director at Brass, said: “Digital marketing assignments continue to grow significantly for the agency which demand top class client servicing in order to handle our existing client portfolio and to win new business. Gillian has proved she has all the qualities and experience to deliver the strategic and team working inputs this role requires.”
