Impressively made to look as though it was filmed in a single continuous shot, this commercial was made using people who've lost weight through the advertised programme. Alesha Dixon joins in at the very end and it's her voice throughout but the real stars of this ad are the women (and occasional men) who mime along for the first three minutes.
