Digital media agencies are ranked in a separate list to take gross billings into account.
As well as providing the main list of those who have made it to the top, the guide also provides insight into the agencies featured, with profiles including client information and analysis into recent campaigns.
The report also features two salary surveys: one for the London digital industry and another covering digital salaries in the regions.
