Palmer Hargreaves has created four animated idents for Continental Tyres' sponsorship of ITV adventure series 71 Degrees North.

Continental thinks the programme, set among the glaciers and snowy landscape of Scandinavia, will be the perfect fit to promote its winter tyres. It airs for the next eight weeks.

Palmer Hargreaves worked with creative production studio Taylor James to develop the idents, which vary between five and 15 seconds in length.

Nicola Armstrong, senior account manager at Palmer Hargreaves, said: ‘We were keen to produce sponsorship idents that fit comfortably with the show, whilst demonstrating the benefits of winter tyres from Continental within the constraints of sponsorship regulation."
