Warwickshire-based marketing agency Palmer Hargreaves has announced a number of senior management changes as part of its new five-year business plan.

From 1 October, chief executive Andrew Clift will become executive chairman of the Palmer Hargreaves Group, which is based in Leamington Spa and has offices in Cologne and Moscow.

Clift will focus on strategic development, "particularly looking at new markets and new services," the agency said.

Randy Weeks, previously UK managing director, takes the chief executive role. He will have responsibility "for the profitable operation and growth of the group".

Mick Stoves moves from UK business development director to business strategy director and Nikki Watts steps up from client services director to managing director of Palmer Hargreaves UK.

They form the new group management team alongside Jörn Langensiepen, managing director of Palmer Hargreaves Germany and Russia, and Ria Kang, the group financial controller. Sophie Taylor has also been promoted to board account director for Palmer Hargreaves UK.

Clift said: "We’re committed to a 5 year group-wide business plan that aims to develop the business to be bigger, more profitable, offering more services and operating in more markets.

"To drive the plan forward, we need additional focus and resources at a strategic level and I’m confident that with our new structure we’ll go from strength to strength."
