Houses of Parliament to create digital marketing framework
A framework of digital agencies is to be compiled by the Houses of Parliament.
The framework will be appointed through an online tender process and will work across digital strategy, content management systems, online design, mobile applications, database design, e-commerce solutions, tracking and analytics, search engine optimisation and marketing and social networking services.
The tender will take place through eProcurement, with several agencies expected to be appointed.
