Atkins Nutritionals International appoints 23red for brand identity

Weight control nutrition company, Atkins Nutritionals International, has appointed 23red to create a brand identity and communications strategy.

23red will devise a new identity and communications strategy which will be delivered to market in early 2012, with the launch of a campaign in both above and below-the-line channels.

Vincent Huinck, global marketing director at Atkins Nutritionals International, said: “We are delighted to be working with 23red on our new brand identity. We needed to create a partnership with an agency that could provide a range of marketing across all channels and 23red can deliver just this. They have already proved they have the right people and approach to deliver high quality work.”

Jane Asscher, managing partner at 23red, said: “Already a key player in the weight control nutrition industry in the US, we look forward to the task of growing the Atkins Nutritionals International share of the international market. Hamish Pringle, former chief of the Institute of the Practitioners in Advertising, recently joined 23red as strategic advisor. He will advise on the Atkins Nutritionals International account.
