Cornwall-based Branch Media has launched a new a smart phone app that offers a range of discounts at shops, restaurants, tourist attractions and businesses around Cornwall.

According to Business Cornwall, the launch of Voucher Tree represents a diversification for Branch Media, which has traditionally been a print management business.

“This app is perfect for Cornwall because we have a keen audience of residents and visitors who are looking for special offers and to save money,” Voucher Tree managing director Scott Lehnhoff told Business Cornwall.

“We know that price is becoming a barrier to consumers getting out and about and enjoying what our county has to offer.”

The app is available to download now and the team hope to achieve 200,000 downloads over the next 12 months.

Flambards, Cornwall’s Crealy Adventure Park, Hustyns Leisure, Tony Pryce Sports, Wipeout Surf Clothing, Country Skittles near Hayle, Raze the Roof in Penryn and the Hall for Cornwall, all currently offer discounts on the site.
