WFCA has acquired Tunbridge Wells based specialist healthcare agency Williams Blake Reay.

The acquisition will see WFCA expand its service offering outside of retail and FMCG advertising, joining as part of a group structure.

Bill Williams will also continue to lead the agency as managing director following its acquisition.

WBR was founded in 1995 and has offered clients, such as nappy rash cream Sudocrem and Flomax, promotional consultancy services.

Bill Williams commented: “Healthcare continues to be an area of marketing communications that is growing and with the strength of WFCA behind the company WBR is ideally placed to take advantage of this, and expand its opportunities with current and new clients in both traditional and new media”.
