IPC Media’s weekly UK fashion magazine, Look, is to stage the next of its fashion shows at Westfield Stratford City during London Fashion Week, as part of a six-month partnership to promote the launch of this iconic shopping centre.

As part of a programme of marketing activity around the launch of the new Westfield shopping centre in East London, Look will bring the excitement and glamour of its hot-ticket fashion show to Stratford City on Saturday 17 September, during the first weekend of public trading.

With a 1,000-strong audience made up of readers and celebrities, plus a multitude of screens throughout Westfield broadcasting the action live, this will be the biggest Look Show to date.

All of Look’s multi-channel promotion for The Look Show in association with Westfield Stratford City will feature Westfield branding, including a 32-page post-show magazine published in Look. Westfield will also have advertorials within Look and ad units and homepage takeovers on Look’s website.

This will be the only show at London Fashion Week to showcase products available immediately on the high street making Europe’s largest urban shopping centre the perfect venue.

“The Look Show has become an established part of London Fashion Week and readers absolutely love it,” said Julie Lavington, publishing director of Look.

“We’re thrilled to be working with Westfield to make this season’s show bigger and better than ever, and to be part of such an exciting retail launch.”

The Look Show is the first and only magazine event to be part of the London Fashion Week calendar and the only fashion show open to consumers. It celebrates high street fashion and unites the most popular and iconic brands on Britain’s high street today.
