Social media activity will be used to highlight what is happening at the tent before and during the festival, while Shoebox Media will develop video and interview content for the Sun’s website.

Promotions and giveaways will also be delivered at the tent, which will be located near to the main stage at this weekend’s festival.

Lee Beattie, director of Wire Media said: “The line-up for this year’s T in the Park is fantastic and The Scottish Sun has done a great job in making sure festival-goers have a chance to meet some of the more popular acts – there’s already a real buzz online from excited fans. Wire Media will be on-site over the course of the weekend managing the operation and communication of the signing tent, which includes everything from dealing with artists and their representation, to making sure signings run smoothly. And with more than 80,000 people at the festival and promotion in Scotland’s biggest daily paper, we know it’s going to be a busy weekend.

Also, having worked with DF Concerts in another role for more than nine years, it’s great to be back in Balado. The entire T in the Park crew do a tremendous job and it’s great fun to work with them. We have our festival gear all packed, from wellies to sunscreen, and our team can’t wait for Friday.”
