PoppyScotland makes Tangible and Good appointments
PoppyScotland has appointed Good Creative and Tangible to undertake new advertising campaign for the charity.
The appointment follows research undertaken by the charity which found that changes introduced over the past five years, including a rebrand from the Earl Haig Fund Scotland, had been well received.
The charity’s advertising strategy was also found to be more effective, but it found that its message was needing ‘refined’ to build on the progress.
This led to a review of its design provision, with the Recommended Agency Register tasked with creating a short list of four agencies, which led to Good Creative being appointed to work on brand activity and Tangible taking on direct marketing projects.
Fraser Bedwell, head of marketing & commercial services for PoppyScotland, explained: “Good will be helping us to develop a new creative platform, initially for the 2011 Scottish Poppy Appeal, but we hope it can then be extended across all our communications, from our non-Poppy Appeal fundraising through to our charitable service activities. The new creative platform will also be incorporated into our extensive DM output.”
