M&S launches new business site with Great Fridays

Marks & Spencer has launched its new M&S for Business website designed by Great Fridays.

M&S hopes the new site will revitalise its business brand identity and improve the user journey.

“The old site focussed primarily on products without adding any real value for the user," said Rob Noble, co-founder at Great Fridays.

"We wanted to drive users to contact the M&S for Business sales team, allowing M&S to maximise sales opportunities and build the customer database for future email campaign activity.”
