We Are creates employer brand for moneysupermarket

Sheffield agency We Are has launched a new employer brand for moneysupermarket.com.

The price comparison website wanted to create "a strong employer brand" to help increase the number of direct job applications it receives and ultimately cut recruitment costs.

Posters, a recruitment video and an installation in moneysupermarket's reception area bear the strapline "You're the business" and have been designed to attract fresh candidates and recognise successful employees.

There is also a new moneysupermarketjobs.com website which shows the vacancies on offer and tells visitors why they should join the company.

Andy Weir, managing director at We Are, said: "It was a great brief for us to work from. Moneysupermarket.com are market leaders within their industry which presented a fantastic opportunity to create something really bold.

"We developed ‘You’re the Business’ alongside challenging messages that really laid down the challenge to everyone within the business and those looking to join."
