A website and accompany marketing materials for Co-operative Energy has been developed by digital agency Blueleaf.

Co-operative Energy (part of the national Co-operative brand) has entered the market by offering a single tariff and by purchasing electricity from low carbon sources.

The agency was appointed following the three-way-pitch to create a website, comparison engine and account login system, with the website also having been integrated with the company’s existing backend systems.

Rob Smith, digital director at Blueleaf explained that the site has been designed and built with the user in mind in order to make it easier for customers to compare their existing supplier with the offering by Co-operative Energy.

Blueleaf is now working with Co-operative Energy on its marketing including web banners, email campaigns, direct mail, in-store promotions, event stands and giveaways.
