Magnus online customer portal developed by I-COM

An online business-to-business network scheme for office provider Magnus has been developed by I-COM.

The Manchester marketing agency was tasked with the design and development of Magnus X-Change, which allows customers of Magnus to create a community within the same building or other offices owned by the company to offer more interaction.

“I-COM’s job is to help businesses grow. In this instance we’ve used our web development and online marketing expertise to build a platform for Magnus that differentiates it from its competitors, while also offering opportunities for both the company and its clients to increase revenue,” said Tim Roberts, managing director of I-COM.

The network is allows Magnus customers to post news stories, promote offers to other network users and build up a directory of contacts. Special areas of the site also allows the firm to update clients on important health and safety and environmental information, as well a maintenance details of work being carried out within its buildings.
