Gala TV to relaunch as online channel tomorrow
The Gala Bingo channel is moving off Sky and exclusively onto the web as of tomorrow.
The etv media group, which produces the channel's content and will relaunch it online, described the change as "a strategic move to align with changes in viewing and playing habits".
Mark Murphy, managing director of etv media group, said: "Gala TV has proved a fantastic success, and the move online is a conscious strategic decision made with the advent of social TV and increasing online viewing figures firmly in mind."
The relaunched channel will broadcast 24 hours a day on the Gala Bingo website.
