Facebook employees dominates billionaire club
Six Facebook employees, topped by founder Mark Zuckerberg, have joined the most exclusive global fraternity, the billionaires club.
Compiled by Forbes the list shows that Zuckerberg has risen to 52nd in the list with five colleagues in hot pursuit.
It follows Goldman Sachs valuation of the social network of $50bn.
The annual chart of those individuals drowning under the most cash was again topped by a Mexican telecoms tycoon Carlos Slim sitting on top of a $74bn cash mountain.
Microsoft mogul Bill Gates by contrast could only scrape together $56bn to secure second slot, although he isn’t necessarily second best. The software pioneer is busily trying to spend his stockpile via his charitable foundation.
